The fight we've been waiting nine years for

John Stevens, Rejoin EU Party candidate for Clacton

On Thursday 13 August, Clacton elects its MP, in a by-election called at Nigel Farage’s own choosing, in his own seat. John Stevens is standing against him on an explicit Rejoin EU platform: the first head-on challenge to Brexit at the ballot box since the referendum.

Here is the point most people miss: we do not need to win Clacton to win. Barely 30% of Britons still think Brexit was right, yet no party dares say “rejoin” out loud. A respectable Rejoin vote, against Farage himself, in what was the most pro-Brexit seat in Britain, ends that fear for good and clears the way for the national, cross-party campaign to take Britain back into Europe.

Whether you can get to Clacton for a single day or help from your own home, this campaign needs you, and it needs you now.
